以下的信件是我寫給賣房代理老板的投訴信,他們說要回信,但是沒有回信。我和LG本來很想買下這間屋,但是這間屋的大門正對對麵屋的房頂尖,考慮到是忙路和風水就沒有追加價格。這次的經曆讓我對房代更加難有好感。
Regarding: 18 MXXXXXN Rd, Eastwood

Dear XXX,
I will have to make a written complaint regarding the service that I received in offering the property, 18 Midson Rd, Eastwood. Please see the details as below:
1. Sunday afternoon, we consulted your agent, Mr C, who opened the house for an inspection in Sunday afternoon, what offer would be sensible to purchase this property. C told us the higher would be better to get it. The price would be between 950K and 1M. We suggested whether we could submit a written offer $968000, with 10% deposit cheque and 66W condition to try it. Before we did any offer, my husband was very cautious and double checked with C whether this offer could have a chance. If this was too far away from the owner\'s expectation, we would not even try it. We were assured that so far not any written offer had been done. We could have a good chance due to it was a genuine offer. We were told we would be advised the outcomes soon.
2. This morning, my husband received a phone call from Mr D with clearly indication that the price not much higher than mine with the same written conditions can get the property. During the conversation, my husband tried to tell Mr D that he was the one made the formal offer yesterday. However, Mr. D still did not realise he was talking to my husband that had already submitted an offer on Sunday. (By the way, when we submitted the offer, we used our official names, but the contact names are in English.)
3. I was shocked and called C to make a complaint about this incident. C indicated that he knew nothing and he had already passed the paperwork to D yesterday afternoon.
4. At 13:28, I received a phone call from Mr D. He told me that he had heard from C about my complaint. He said to me he would like to give me an opportunity to purchase this property, but the price is $1,040,000.00.
It is the fourth time that I am selling and buying the property in Sydney. However, this treatment that I got from your professional agents is out of my expectation.
I understand that an agent is always trying to get the best price for the vendor. However, we do not think us as genuine buyers that deserve this unfair and unprofessional treatment.
I believe this experience would damage your XXX Real Estate Agency’s reputation.
I do wish you can look into this matter and make sure this kind of very frustrating purchasing experience would not happen to any other potential buyers with your agency.
