女兒的排球比賽

昨天是女兒小藝的第一場排球賽，這也是小藝回到公立學校後的第一個比賽。他們的對手是一個私立學校八年級的學生。麵對比自己高一年級的對手，她們還是打得很勇敢沉著，盡管她們在選拔組隊後隻在一起排練了一次。第一輪她們告負。小藝是在第二輪出場的。她們打得很好，很快以25：5輕鬆取勝。可惜第三輪的隊員又輸掉了一場。這樣結果是1：2。I was more nervous than them as a parent. They were not affected at all. They were excited and doing their best and very focused. It was so funny that Amy thought they won the game because of the confusion of exchanging places several times. Also the coaches were very relaxed and they didn't withdraw players who were not doing very well. They just wanted to give every player a chance to experience the game. This is just the first game. So they have time to mature and achieve more. Good job, Amy. I am so proud of you.
