I\'ve been married for about 4 and 1/2 years( got married in China and no prenuptial agreement). My spouse supported me in the first 2 and 1/2 years when I stayed at home and went back to school.

I\'ve been working for about two years. All the accounts are under my spouse\'s name ( I only have access to the part I make) including the co-op we chased.

I am not a greedy person. I\'d like to know whether I am entitled to half of our asset/ property . Or how much can I get?

No kids.
