專輯介紹：

美女小號演奏家Alison balsom最近推出了一張全新專輯名為《Caprice》。Alison Balsom,1978年10月7日生於英國。自11歲起追隨John Miller與Paul Benniston學習。1999年進入法國國立高等音樂學院,隨Antoine Cure學習。

得獎經曆：1997年獲John Fletcher銅管大賽優勝獎；1998年獲得BBC年度銅管青年演奏家稱號；1999年獲倫敦交響樂團招考半準決賽入闈；1996/1997/1999年倫敦與南郡銅管樂隊獨奏大賽優勝；安德列國際小號大賽第三名。看她頭銜的確不簡單,在今次的專輯中和他拍檔的是歌登堡交響樂團,由edward gardner擔任指揮。Alison balsom上一張專輯是玩巴赫的作品改編,而在今次的專輯中 Alison balsom更大膽地把這個改編的範圍加大至涉及到各個時期的作曲家作品。當中有改編莫紮特《第11鋼琴奏鳴曲》《夜後詠歎調》、法雅的《7首流行的西班牙歌曲》、帕格尼尼的《隨想曲第24號》、巴赫《第一小提琴協奏曲》等等大家耳熟能祥的曲目一共18首。通過不同時期的作品反映出了Alison balsom高超的小號演奏技巧，而且錄音也相當出色值得發燒友們留意。
