夏天的簡單料理

好朋友送了一本日本菜譜給我。先做了一個很好吃很好吃的芝麻四季豆



材料:
4tablespoon 芝麻,
2tablespoon mirin
2tablespoon 醬油
4 cups 四季豆

做法:
1. 用toaster oven 小檔toast把芝麻烤香。待涼後,用blender打成粉狀。再加入miring,醬油。
2. 四季豆用滾水燙三分鍾,再過冰水。控幹水。
3. 加入第一步的芝麻,很香很香!

Paula Deen 的 Corn Casserole

我家的保留菜,特別是爬梯的好選擇,大人小孩都愛。

最上層的cheese要烤的香香的。


挖一大勺。開吃了!


Ingredients
• 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 (14 3/4-ounce) can cream-style corn
• 1 (8-ounce) package corn muffin mix (recommended: Jiffy)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
• 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, stir together the 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Pour into a greased 9 by 13-inch casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with Cheddar. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Let stand for at least 5 minutes and then serve warm.

再上兩款couscous,都很簡單美味,很適合夏天喔。

Couscous Mediterranean Style


1 cup pearl couscous
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cups spinach

1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Gently cook the chopped onions, peppers, spinach in the pan for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the couscous and chicken broth, stir well. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Cranberry and Almond Couscous Salad

1 cup pearl couscous
1 1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon cranberries
2 tablespoon toasted almonds, chopped
3 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon basil, chopped

1. Cook couscous with water in a rice cooker. Drain and run under cold water to chill.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and toss until well mixed. Refrigerate before serving.

再來一客湯吧。
韓國泡菜鍋


材料:
一磅 牛肉,切薄片
1tablespoon 麻油
2cups 泡菜
一顆 洋蔥
1tablespoon 醬油
3cups 水
1把 小白菜
1盒 豆腐

1. 用一口湯鍋,熱麻油,加入牛肉攪拌快炒。
2. 加泡菜,再炒五分鍾。再加洋蔥。
3. 加水,待水滾,再小火燜20分鍾。
4. 最後加白菜和豆腐,再燜個5分鍾。
