求助： 筆記本電腦過熱， 不能啟動！

請教斑竹及各位高手：

我有一台筆記本電腦： Dell Latitude D620， 已經用了兩年多了。 操作係統是 Windows 2000.

前幾天出現過一次藍屏幕， 兩天後又出現一次。

今天早上突然屏幕變黑了。 重新啟動時出現以下信息：



Your system automatically powered off because it became warmer then expected.
This may have been caused by:

o) operating or storing the system in an environment where the ambient
temperature is too high, or
o) obstructing the air flow from the system fan vents.
If this problem resurs, please call Dell Support with error code #M1004.

Strike the F1 ket to continue, F2 to run the setup utility.
Press F5 to run onboard diagnostics.



我摸了一下電腦底部， 覺得很燙， 就斷電關機。 等電腦涼下來後， 再重新開機時， 就一直無法啟動了。

我試著把電腦的電池取下和裝上， 都不能啟動。


請教斑竹及各位高手， 這是什麽原因， 應如何修理？
