很喜歡私房小菜，初次報到，請大家多都關照。為表誠意，給大家上一個簡單的Cheese Cake，這個Cheese Cake 很少會出錯。
8 0z Cream Cheese (I use 1/3 less fat free)
1/2 Sugar (If you dont' like it too much, 1/3)
4 oz Sour Cream
4 Oz Heavy Cream
3 Egg (one by one)
Follow the order mix them together， this is for 8' Chease Cake crust, any American Super market can find it.
烤爐預熱295(F)， 1.5 hour, water bath.
