謝Mosical老鄉的詳細音樂表~,我想起影片結尾有首歌唱道"I say tomato you say tomaato, I say potato you say tomaato..."something like that:)) So I found that funny song:

When Harry Met Sally soundtrack lyrics -- Let's Call The Whole Thing Off
by George and Ira Gershwin
Verse
Things have come to a pretty pass
Our romance is growing flat,
For you like this and the other
While I go for this and that,
Goodness knows what the end will be
Oh I don't know where I'm at
It looks as if we two will never be one
Something must be done:
Chorus - 1
You say either and I say either, You say neither and I say
neither
Either, either Neither, neither, Let's call the whole thing
off.
You like potato and I like potahto, You like tomato and I like
tomahto
Potato, potahto, Tomato, tomahto, Let's call the whole thing
off
But oh, if we call the whole thing off Then we must part
And oh, if we ever part, then that might break my heart
So if you like pyjamas and I like pyjahmas, I'll wear pyjamas
and give up
pyajahmas
For we know we need each other so we , Better call the whole off
off
Let's call the whole thing off.
Chorus - 2
You say laughter and I say larfter, You say after and I say
arfter
Laughter, larfter after arfter, Let's call the whole thing off,
You like vanilla and I like vanella, You saspiralla, and I
saspirella
Vanilla vanella chocolate strawberry, Let's call the whole thing
off
But oh if we call the whole thing of then we must part
And oh, if we ever part, then that might break my heart
So if you go for oysters and I go for ersters, I'll order
oysters and cancel
the ersters
For we know we need each other so we, Better call the calling
off off,
Let's call the whole thing off.
Chorus - 3
I say father, and you say pater, I saw mother and you say mater
Pater, mater Uncle, auntie, let's call the whole thing off.
I like bananas and you like banahnahs, I say Havana and I get
Havahnah
Bananas, banahnahs Havana, Havahnah, Go your way, I'll go mine
So if I go for scallops and you go for lobsters, So all right no
contest we'll
order lobseter
For we know we need each other so we, Better call the calling
off off,
Let's call the whole thing off.
Ok, you ladies win. :-)
Thanks for the elaboration. Now it makes more sense to me. Guessed I just pretended to be a sunny guy.~
When Harry Met is 23rd on AFI's 100 Years... 100 Laughs list of the top comedy films in American cinema. I enjoyed the performance and the dialogs between the two main characters. Agree with you that the subject is also interesting: love and friendship, and the question of whether men and women can be friends. I recorded the sound and while I was running this morning, listened to it twice already.
Guess what's the most famous quote of the film?
Older Woman Customer: [to waiter] I'll have what she's having. (ranked #33 in the American Film Institute's list of the top 100 movie quotations in American cinema).
Best wishes to you and your loved ones too!
See,I am not alone~~ your hand-picked 冷冷清清篇 echoes the holiday sentiment and feelings, which leads us think of friends and families far far away, in a sense, connects us with our loved ones much more, yes, it's truly a tasteful one.
When Harry met Sally, is usually labeled as a popular chic movie, it was released the time and the year I came to the country, therefore, I fell in love with it and watched it over and over again since. I personally recommend that guys at all ages watch this movie at least once a year, so they can well understand more about girls, young and not so young:))
It's a movie about friends, I adore the songs they picked for the soundtrack!
Wish you and friends here the best in 2011!
“冷冷清清篇”是比較耐聽。但是過節的時候還是喜歡聽歡樂篇的,以防把憂傷的情緒傳染給他人。
說“When Harry Met Sally”很可愛,對極了。看/聽她(他)們吵架就很有意思。~ 裏麵的插曲都是比較有名的歌手,如Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgera, Frank Sinatra,唱的。Eat, Pay, Love 還沒看過,有時間再去找來看看。

聖誕日快樂~~~!
Wow, sounds like you're going to have a wonderful Christmas.
I didn't expect that you would listen to the "冷冷清清篇" on christmas. The songs included are quite sentimental but "tasty". I picked them from various artists.
Music and movie are also my favorites. I watched "When Harry Met Sally" the other day. It's a romantic comedy starred by Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan. The settings, ex. new year party in NY and the holiday music, match the holidays season well. I will spend sometime studying the transcript and listening to the music.
Thanks for comming over. Talk to you later.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
How about you? Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
