What did happen for CORS?

It was up 140% today.I almost forgot this stock.I bought it around 90C and it went down to 10C.So far, its' ter One ratio is still a little bit more than 4%. But it is under receivershipTodays soaring may be because of some news of raising capital.It was required to raise capital to achieve 6% Tir one ratio.I only have 200 shares so far. But if it is above 1$, I need to seriously think if I need to add more. Hopefully, it is not dead fish rebound.BTW, MBI has a good earning today.
