I bought Forestcity (FCE-A) at 8.66 today using my Fidelity account. The commission is 20$. Too much. I will transfer to IB some time later.
I have been working in a FCE's project in DC.
FCE is a reits that devolop big project in metropolitan area.

I believe it will go back to 40$ when the financial crisis is over.
