I am the sole legal and physical custodian of my daughter.

She is on H4 (dependent of my H1). My daughter filed her 485 based on my EB2 in 2008. Can my exhusband file 2nd 485 for my daughter based on his EB1a ? If he can, should I give him a written permission to let him do so? Thanks!

also, Typically, J2 can benefit from J1 principle\'s waiver If J1 applies for waiver. Can J2 kid benefit from J2 mom\'s waiver if J2 mom got waived independently due to divorce from J1 dad? (J2 kid lives with J2 mom physically)
