I have to come up one in English. This is my first English poem, please help to enhance it :-)

Within mom, together

Warm and dark

Wrinkle on head

My head on your shoulder

We will grow out

Some minutes apart


Many years have passed

Still together, healthy or sick

Wrinkle on head

My head on your shoulder

Hand in hand

Together, forever…
