離職麵談

無論你辭職還是被踢，都會經過人事部門的離職麵談這一過程。我隻經曆過辭職而且是PT工作，那裏沒有正式的人事部門。是我主動找頭辭行的。所以，對於離職麵談，我並不清楚。以前零零碎碎聽說過一些離職麵談的主要內容和注意事項，好象是讓你簽個字，認可對公司不會斥諸法律。

今天看到一個以離職麵談為標題的文章，讀後發現比我原來了解的大為全麵，還有不少新意。拿來與各位分享。

What to do:
8226; Ask the reason for your dismissal, record it, and read it back.
8226; Inquire about your benefits, severance, insurance, and pay plan.
8226; Ask for a reference from the boss. But first, make sure he likes you.
8226; Offer to see out any projects that you were working on, or help ease your replacement into the role.
8226; Express your gratitude for your employment; express your sadness for leaving.

What not to do:
8226; Beg for your job back
8226; Badmouth anyone or any aspect of the company
8226; Display any negativity
8226; Offer constructive criticism
8226; Punch, kick, slap, choke, eye-gouge.
