SPY strategy update

Starting from Nov 2009, I will roll out the real money on it gradually and continue paper money.

(1) for paper money, try 2x strategy to see how it goes.
(2) combine with moving average, consider to add more position when the market is down close to the moving averages. typically this is 50 MA on day chart, 15EMA, 50SMA on weekly chart and 15EMA on optional monthly chart.

Real money roll out strategy.

(1) First Stage: starting with 1x, then go to 3x, 6x  to 10x. Monthly income is around 2000. with initial fund of 30K.
(2) Second Stage: Bring it to 20x to aim at monthly income 4000
(3) Life Time stage: Bring it to 50x to aim at monthly income 10000.
(4) TOS supports at most 4x margin. Consider to move more cash in only if it's assigned.

Continue to think about bear market strategy.

(1) Bear market is time to preserve cash. So stop the normal income strategy.
(2) Research on Bond on major percentage of the cash.
(3) Research selling naked call on Monthly 15EMA. see potential short squeeze risks.
(4) Buy long term far out of money put to protect the downside?
