你把個人，小群體和人民這個廣義概念搞混了。
個人對現實發展方向的無能為力不代表人民對曆史發展沒有影響。
有什麽樣的人民才會有什麽樣的國家和政-府，才會出什麽樣的領袖。
領袖是司機和舵手的比喻是禦用文人拍馬屁的宣傳和對不懂政治的人們的愚弄。
人民象大海。大海中潮流的走向和波浪的運動有它自己的規律。
領袖更像一個衝浪者，他的每一個動作（決策）都要拿捏到恰到好處，才能保持他在浪尖上的滑行，
而因為一個動作的笨拙（決策的失誤）栽到浪頭底下的領袖則多得不可勝數。
領袖從某種角度上說是最身不由己的人。一般人也難以體會他們靈魂深處的痛苦。
從而有但丁的感歎，人海波瀾不亞於怒海狂濤啊！

process of the representation might imply the constitution of the nature of reality itself.

yes, that is why the world formed in the minds of some people is very different from the world formed by others and
might be far different from the "real" world.
