請教：我給媽媽辦綠卡

本來下星期3，叫去Biometric interview,今天又接到一封信：

“This is to notify you that we have to transferred the above application or petition to USCIS office at :
USCIS-NBC, PO Box 648005, Lee\'s Summit, MO64064

We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over the the case....

My question:
1: Do we have to go to the interview next week?
2: What\'s this letter mean? Something wrong?
