Compare to Mr.Jutianjunyan who just became well known for his high mark of TOEIC test, I am lack of his, say,flinty...I may never possess the ability to get a full score in that test. I am impressed by his practice which is edificatory. Since my writing test requires a lot of reading, I may suppose it is a test instead of my own study--set limit of time,score,quatity, etc. 

You may foud out flighty has more synonyms than flinty, so is true that more flighty persons than the latter.
