Heartache

Finally,

I came to learn

What a heartache is like.

 

Out of the void in the chest chamber

Started the tremor,

Light, slow, but steady,

Increasing its speed and intensity,

Stopping the heartbeats.

 

Then it releases its grip,

Reduces its intensity,

Before

Disappearing back to the void in the chest chamber,

Only to start the tremor again.
