WIN XP home 不能啟動 in laptop

安全模式也進不去 or 進入使用安全模式下的命令行工具
請問如何用恢複? Do I can copy some files from recover DC to my laptop by exter connection from other PC.
I can view my laptop HD 硬盤 information from other PC.
我把WINXP超級管理員密碼給忘了.I can not user restor tool to recover my laptop.
