I have trouble sleeping sometimes. My mom passed me a " secret" recipe. Just soak 20 dried lotus seeds in water overnight and then boil it for about 30 min. Cool it. Transfer the seeds and water to a mug/bowel and add in 10 longan and double boil it for another 20-30min. That's it! And guess what? It works! So, give it a go and see if it helps you as well.
