介紹Lush Cosmetics （原創）

我是從我的學生那兒了解這個公司的；她們的 team project 就是選擇一個公司為其發展 marketing plan. 其中一群學生就選了 Lush. 這家公司以洗浴產品出名，也有完整的護發，護膚，和香水係列。所有產品均手工製作。公司宗旨是 “have the youngest, freshest products in the history of cosmetics.” 該公司不做任何廣告，完全靠 repeat purchase and word of mouth.

Lush 的曆史

Lush 的發展可謂頗多周折。７０年代初公司創始人開始手工研發和製作產品，將產品賣個 the body Shop. 1988 年在英格蘭南岸創建“ cosmetics to go” 　郵購公司， 拳頭產品以洗浴球　 (bath bombs), 香波皂出名， 公司一度非常成功。但不久經營不善而倒閉。　１９９４年公司再度成立，起名 Lush. 之今在全世界有５００多家店鋪。年銷售量超過 $ １００ million.

產品介紹

首先聲明，我還未使用過 Lush 的產品。我所在的地方有一家 Lush 店，打算過兩個禮拜比較空閑的時候去逛逛。下麵的介紹完全是通過學生的講述和我自己在網上研究所得。等我用過產品後再與大家匯報。

Bath series

Facial Cleanser
