rice pudding
3/4 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups milk
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1egg, beatten
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
boil water in a saurcepan, stir rice into boiling water for 20 minuets.
add all ingredients.
我用的是剩米飯,是特意多做出來的,用牛奶煮,多放點牛奶,慢煮10分鍾,加煉乳再煮5-10分鍾就可以了,不用加糖了。涼了之後,放冰箱,吃涼的比較好吃,口感好。
