    編者按：近幾年編者經常接到大陸方麵基層政府行政執法黑社會化對待老百姓的異議和對強行征用的意見的泣訴事件，對還沒有談判成功的“政府”征用行為，甚至有毫無通知土地主權使用者的情況下，基層政府官員暗中指使黑社會流氓地痞暴力毆打，導致受害者家破人亡。與胡錦濤先生的主張“和諧社會”格格不入，大陸這麽多導致老百姓對自己國家的殘忍執法極度不滿的事件，統治者真的置若罔聞聽之任之？
       
    揭開不明身份的人的身份真有那麽難嗎？

     不明身份的人身份真的那麽高深莫測嗎？就如扒別人房屋的，表麵上看，他們與政府、拆遷公司、開發商似乎沒有任何關係：政府沒有雇用他們，政府出來否認與這些事有關、警察也想抓他們就是證明；開發商、拆遷公司沒有雇用他們，這從開發商、拆遷公司的矢口否認可以證明。那麽，這些不明身份的人究竟為什麽這麽做呢？拆人房屋總有個動機吧？畢竟出動一大群人、挖掘機、推土機需要資金啊！既然這些人與利益各方沒有任何關係，他們冒著那麽大的風險去強拆民房，值得嗎？盡管政府、開發商、拆遷公司竭力想撇清與這些不明身份的人的關係，但公眾不是傻瓜。
   
     不明身份的人真有那麽大的本事嗎？殺了人、打了人，扒了別人房子，“一瞬間”撤離得無影無蹤，那麽幹淨、迅速，連我們的警方都“一籌莫展”？2007年，北京一個地方，也是一群不明身份的人，開著推土機去拆人家的房子，而且開了兩台！警察趕來，竟然連推土機都不見了！他們把推土機開得比警車還快！可見這些不明身份的人何等英雄！
   
     也許，應該給警察更換、添加裝備了，警察在遇到這些事情時，往往在受害人報案很久以後才能趕到現場；就算能及時趕到現場，可他們的警車連挖掘機、推土機的速度都不如，這樣怎麽能辦案呢？我為自己做為納稅人沒有為國家作出更大的貢獻而慚愧，如果我能力再大一點，好歹也要給警察捐獻一輛速度超過挖掘機、推土機的電瓶車啊！
   
     難道，真的就沒有辦法對付這些不明身份的人了？答案是否定的。我不相信那些不明身份的人是從地下冒出來的，也不相信他們是從石頭裏蹦出來的，更不相信他們作案後不會留下任何蛛絲馬跡。我也不相信我們警察的能力會低下到那種程度，那些公安部督辦的大案、要案，我們的警察往往都能及時破案啊！
   
     這種案件最終的結局往往是不了了之。案件破不了，政府在公眾心中留下無能的印象是小事，讓公眾產生政府是財富的奴隸、黑惡勢力的保護傘這種印象，就危險了。政府部門不應該考慮自己對公眾的責任嗎？
   
     願不明身份的人的身份之謎早日解開，願以後再也不會出現這些不明身份的人！
