The quesion every buyer's agent loves to hear

I used to work w/ agent who tried very hard helping me to locate property. due to lousy mkt and her newbie skill, somehow, my offers kept bidding out. so I could do nothing but firing her. mkt is ruthless, isn't it?

what's the best way for me to thank her now? I really mean it.
