買房與買股的辨證

咱們來算一筆帳。

已知：

同樣的投資額 $100K, 分別放在房產(500K property w/ 20% down) 和股票上，來看其回報率。

If both RE and stock markets are up/down by 10%, then

 -        RE gain/loss is 500K x 0.1 = 50,000  while

 -        Stock gain/loss is 100K x 0.1 = 10,000
