Seafood Rice with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
1: 12 Green shell Mussels, 360 grams,clean and rinse well with water and then cut out the meat and discard shells.
2: 225 grams frozen divined shrimps, thaw in a fridge and then peel off the shells, rinse with water and pad dry with paper towel.
3: 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon white pepper powder, 2 teaspoons Chinese cooking wine.
4: Half red onion 100 grams, peel off the skin, rinse with water and cut into small pieces.
5: 1 cup crushed tomatoes.
6: 1.5 teaspoons McCormick Paprika,3 cups water,1.5 teaspoons salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder.
7: 2 cups long rice.
8: 2 corianders, cut off the roots, rinse well and mince them.
9: 2 tablespoons Oliver oil.
Cooking directions:
In a small bowl, mix well ingredients 1, 2 and 3 and then let stand for 20 minutes. Large sauté pan on high heat, add in 2 tablespoons Oliver oil to the pan, then add minced red onion and paprika, stir fry until onion is tender, then add the rest of ingredient 6 and bring to boil. Rinse the rice and then add to the pan and stir well, cover it and simmer on low heat (2-3) for 30 minutes. Add mussels and shrimps, mix well, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally add all the minced coriander and mix well, cover the pot and let it stand for 5 minutes, done.
