HOA threat - urgent help.

My HOA board directors is planning a $9 million reconstruction project. I am the one extremely against the project because it potentially press a lot of homeowners into bankrupcy. To move forward with this project, it may take many months to get homeowner approvals or not at all.

However, my HOA contacted me today to tell me that they will remove four of the five posts in my rear yard, but they will not replace with new ones or offer any fixes. They said they will decide how to fix them till the project proposal is approved. This will make my backyard look very ugly most likely for many months. Especially, I am planning selling this place recently. Apparently, they decided to do this to me today just because I complained both HOA board of directors and the contractor today. There are about 500 posts for fixes in the project proposal, but they do this to my home only.

I don\'t know what to deal with this. I desparately need your help.
By the, I lived in condo complex of three stories. My home takes top two floors.
