法國外長指責中國官員在最後時刻改變火炬接力的決定，致使在巴黎的火炬接力者和保安中造成混亂。

On Wednesday, Reuters reported that French government ministers blamed Chinese officials for making last-minute changes to the relay that resulted in confusion for runners and security officials.

"I am singularly surprised by the conduct of those who have the responsibility under the Olympic charter - the Chinese - by their conduct in the streets of Paris,”Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner is quoted as saying. “And I was not the only one -- the athletes were as well."
