她這個專輯裏的歌好聽的不少。
因為淡然，所以沉靜中附著的憂傷不做作，反而讓人有共鳴。

"Life for rent" ，把“整個生命都出租出去”，不屬於任何人，無根地飄蕩，聽起來有一些傷感。後來從網上檔了整張唱片。聽了，發覺它自始至終都被一股淡淡的哀傷所籠罩。據Dido自己說：“這些歌曲表達了我對現在生活的感受以及將來如何生活。它講述了要勇於接受機會的挑戰並學著去充實的生活。人們很容易自我滿足或者輕易地從這個世界離開，這張專輯將永遠提醒我不要那樣做。” 我看為了寫這些歌曲，Dido一定注入了很多對人生感悟，比如這句 “But if my life is for rent and I don't lean to buy，Well I deserve nothing more than I get，'Cos nothing I have is truly mine”，聽到這樣的詞句似乎讓人不由地共鳴般的感傷。歌曲中所傳達出來的那種沉靜、恬淡，略帶些憂傷的味道，展示著她的執著與堅強；加上Dido舒緩的吟唱，給人一種仿佛天籟般的享受。一個人靜靜的聆聽，特別有味道。
