Only want to record all these as part of life journey.
It is time to board the airplane. It is boring and procedural. 22A... It is just inch ahead. That is my seat! "Are you going to *** conference too? ***" A Indian guy asked him. "Yes" he said. He seated on 22C. I remembered him since he is the first one related to my destination. It feels so close....
I opened the cabinet and put my bag into it, then asked: Excuse me, that is my seat. Thank you.
Airplane started taking off, I sealed my ears using my fingers. No feeling...
He listened to music all the time. I started sleeping. No one was in between us. Weird. The flight time seems too long. I started looking for ways to kill my time. playing some games, stretching, looking around. He kept playing his tablets and some drawing devices. I went to washroom and he stood up. I didn't see his face clearly still.
I was curious about him for no reason. I observed him from time to time to try to grab more information.
Finally, he ordered some lunch for himself. I was too economic to order the food since it was too expensive and only got hot water for free. He finished his food, then started playing his electronic devices again. The garbage collection came. I slightly touched his arm, said: it is time to throw your garbage. He reacted a bit slowly and probably surprisingly....
We started to talk. I said I am going to the conference too. We chatted about our work and family, etc. very nature and sounds like good friends for long time. Then we decided to take shared Van services to go to our hotels.
The flight landed....He took my baggage off the cabinet. we walked outside the airplane and proceeded the exit. I asked him whether I can get something to eat since I am very hungry. He was very flexible and let me order first and he watched our luggage. We ate Japanese food together and had some further chat about what we are doing, what cities we like, etc. He also gave me his business card and I didn't give him one since I had none...The shared Van brought were running on San Francisco's road. I took video along the scenery. He was so close.
Finally I arrived to my hotel and he left with the Van to his hotel. It was horrible that I lost his card. I had to search for him on internet to get his address, but the emails were all bounced back.
