原料: 600G 普通麵粉,150ML水, 150ML 奶, 1.5-2 TEASPOON YEAST, 2TABLESPOON 糖
步驟
1. microwave heat water 30sec, then add sugar and yeast, stir to mix
2. weight 600g flour, then put it into bread machine container
3. add water mixer into container
4. microwave heat milk 30 sec, then add it into container
5. put container into bread machine, select simple mix
6. after mixed, let it rest 1 hour, then mix it again
7. after mixed, the dough is ready to use
