跑還是不跑

某日趕車， 一到車站，火車已進站， 要不要趕車？ 跑還是不跑？ 跑！ 打了票馬上跑，還爬天橋，下天橋， 有點衝刺的味道， 知道火車司機目睹一切， 向火車頭招招手， 跳上火車， 嘭一聲， 門關上，上氣不接下氣， 剛坐下， 旁邊一位看報紙的老太說： Welldone!, 我說： 那是， 不趕上這一趟， 又要等5‘鍾也， 為什麽有的5’那麽重要， 有的5'每那麽重要？

幾乎每天起來都跑， 有時也自問： 跑還是不跑？ 一般都回答： 跑！， 睡一個晚上好像身上的零件都懶散了， 晨跑是叫零件們起床集合的時間， 跑了步後， 一天的精神會好很多，哪怕10分鍾， 跑步也是看風景的時候， 天空， 樹枝， 小鳥， 草地， 小溪， 小狗...最近很久沒見小鳥們了， 不知它們去那裏混去料， 天氣好它們肯定會回來的。

跑步也是聽歌的時候， 通常每天一歌/一曲，可能身體零件也喜歡聽，隨意選， 最近喜歡聽流行， 比如介果：
