特別喜歡這曲 《Two Bare Feet 打赤腳》（對不起， 俺起的這個中文名字比較土，但痛快， 一雙赤腳不就是打赤腳還會是什麽呢？ 曲中唱到，《你不需要吃什麽，　你隻需要打赤腳》，現在想想我們以前《赤腳醫生》名詞也是超前衛的。　

打赤腳對健康也有好處，以前看報說在日本有的幼兒園專門讓嬰幼兒在沙坑裏打赤腳玩沙子，法國很多兒童娛樂公園也有專門的沙坑讓孩子玩，據說這樣可以刺激孩子的感知能力，對大腦也是良性刺激，小孩玩沙子的時候也特別專心，打赤腳玩沙子也是學習，當他們的小手小腳沾滿沙子時，他們就顯得特別滿足和快樂。
