1. 團隊需要指出定位的問題和操作流程；
2. 團隊成員需要彼此認識，小團體之間需要時間去磨合，比寄出大量的邀請信要重要。我想，大的團隊更難應付，消化，尤其是我們還不認識的情況下
3. 我們需要的時候，如果要擴大團隊，我們可以回頭寄出我們的個人邀請信

 

我覺得都是很重要的。特別第二點，現在需要的就是彼此熟悉，寄出倡議書又有什麽用？沒有人來跟進，就等於是白白浪費人力資源。如果內部機構好了，做出好的作品，慢慢就會有人加入了，嗬嗬~~

一般正式活動，都會在這裏發布。另外有個論壇，不過灌水比較多，實際的作品都不在論壇操作。差不多論壇就是個聚集人氣的地方，把粉絲都聚集起來，然後有慕名而來的朋友也容易找到組織，最重要的是，提供大家一個地方發東西，便於發現新人才。
我覺得，現在當務之急：

第一、確定團隊名字。
第二、確定團隊定位，以及受眾定位
第三、固定一個地方作為官方發布信息的地方。因為文學城在國內打不開，所以不建議把基地建在文學城，這樣不便於互動交流。
第四、確定宣傳負責人，首席監製，以及歌曲製作流程。由他們來分別聯係其他朋友，經過幾次聯係和合作，慢慢彼此就熟悉了。
其他的，我也想不到啥啦。最近比較忙，四影大哥知道，嗬嗬~~回頭再聊。
