I read radiology\'s article.

I read that article before. That why I am confused after my lawyer told me that after 180 of filing 485. My formal employer can\'t do anything to touch my 140 and 485. I won\'t be purposely make them mad or quit my job in short notice, but just want to make sure what the exact law is. I am afraid that they tell me one thing and later on do another to harm my GC.
