Questions about changing jobs after 180 days of I-485 filing

Hi,

Here is my situation,

I filed my I-485 on July 1, 2007 and it has been more than 180 days since the filing. I filed 2 I-140, the first one was approved but it has a later cut-off date (2005), the second I-140 was filed in Oct, 2007 and it has a much earlier cut-off date (2001), but it has NOT been approved. I have received EAD but have not received AP yet. I have an offer for a similar position in a different company, this job requires that I travel internationally. The company has no issue of transferring my H-1B status (it will expire in 2009) and prefer to go that route instead of using EAD.

Here are my questions,

() What are the risks of taking this job offer?
() If I take it should I wait until I get the second I-140 approval and then start?
() In case the new company files the H1-B transfer but then I can\'t take this offer for some reason what\'s the impact on my immigration status?
