Sex and the City – Season 6

HBO is encore-ing the season 6 of S&C and Monday now is a day worth looking forward to.

 

Of all four women I actually like Samantha the best.

 

It takes guts to be Samantha.

 

If you think Samantha is just a slut then you miss the whole point of this character. To me the core of Samantha is that she’s a powerful woman. She earns the right to behave the way she does. Yes she’s sad occasionally but most of the times she’s at ease with herself.

 

I no longer think there’s right versus wrong. Instead I believe there are consequences. Consequences to yourself and the consequences to others. So long as you think you can handle the consequences you should do whatever you want, whenever you want and however you want to do it.

 

And if I ever see a Samantha in real life I will say: you go girl.

 

Only she doesn’t need anyone saying that. Because she’s already going and there’s no stopping her.
