北京奧組委已開始陸續向參與第一階段購票的公眾發出確認函，通知中簽情況。據悉，不論中簽與否，所有參與網上預訂的公眾都將收到確認函。

　　據北京奧組委票務中心有關負責人介紹，參與第一階段購票的公眾隻要成功提交預訂單，無論中簽與否，北京奧組委都將以郵件形式告知。北京奧組委將確保所有參與第一階段訂票的公眾盡快獲知中簽情況，所有確認函的寄送工作也將在近日完成。

　　北京奧組委票務中心負責人提醒所有購票人，近期要注意查收電子郵件及郵寄信件。中簽人要保證其付款賬戶餘額足夠支付其預訂到的門票總價款，中國銀行將於 9月中旬開始集中扣款。凡是在9月30日前由於購票人原因導致中國銀行無法成功扣款的，門票預訂資格將被取消，並投放至第二階段繼續向境內公眾公開銷售。
