當John Bolton的新書"The Room Where It Happened"，滿世界喧鬧的時候，想到去年的一段舊聞。

2019年1月28日，National Security adviser John Bolton，在新聞發布會上，很不職業地露出了小抄本上的文字： "5000 troops to Colombia."，引起媒體關注：

A photographer captured a photo of National Security adviser John Bolton's notepad during the White House press briefing, which had a note reading "5000 troops to Colombia."

識人和用人，是領導人的基本功；一再用錯人，這樣的領導還能再當嗎？

為美國擔憂，希望平安。
