1)180天，以I-485receiptdate算起。白紙黑字在USCIS原文裏;
2)180天的定義是指180天USCIS還沒批I-485，跟AOS申請人一點關係一點都沒有。理論上講，AOS申請人，如果能預測I-485在180天以內不會被批準，拿到receipt就可以換工作。
換工作，layoff等等:
a)I-140已經被批準，180天以後，找到一份和I-140相近(deion&pay)的工作，原公司撤除I-140sponsorship也不會影響I-485
