愛的反麵

 

愛的反麵不是恨，不是敵人，而是匱乏。

乏平和，乏喜樂，乏安全感。

 

一個人如何給你他沒有的東西？

而你又如何給他你沒有的東西？

 

愛是連接， 愛的反麵是撤回連接。

愛是投入，愛的反麵是拒絕投入。

 

愛是供給，是維係。

愛的反麵是掐斷，是放棄。

 

愛是完整，愛的反麵是破碎。

愛是甘願，愛的反麵是計較和抱怨。

 

愛是溫和，是謙卑，是從不輕易發怒。

愛的反麵是以上行為反麵的總和。

 

愛是投進黑暗的那道光。

此時你若在黑暗中痛苦，

去尋光進來的地方。

 

愛是落入旱地的那陣雨。

此時你若在幹旱中掙紮，

去找愛開始的地方。

The opposite of love is not hate, not enemy, but lack,

Lack of peace, lack of joy, lack of security

 

How could a person offer you things that he doesn’t have?

And how could you offer him things that you don’t have?

 

love is connect, the opposite of love is disconnect

love is invest, the opposite of love is withdrawl

 

love is to provide and sustain,

the opposite of love is cutting off and giving up

 

love is complete, the opposite of love is broken

love is willing, the opposite of love is compare, and complain

 

love is gentle, love is humble, love is slow to anger

the opposite of love is the opposite doing of the above

 

love is light shines in the darkness,

if you suffer, find the way where lights coming in

 

love is raindrops fall into dryland

if you struggle, find the source where love begins.
