Help!My son (23 months) ate some sticker with water

My son put the sticker in a cup of water to play with. When I notice that he has already drunk the water with the sticker. His father do not speak to me after that. I felt so guilty and found it is also a big presure and responsibility to be a momther (so hope this can be a helpful lesson for other moms).

I didn\'t do anything after that except that I was trying to give him some water to drink. Please tell me what I should do if there is anything dagerous?
