Major catalyst: Oil price decline after July 4.

As predicted by some major wall street firm analyst, the oil rose all the way to almost $150 before July 4. Where would oil go after the holiday?

If economy really slows down, we will have less travel during the holiday, and oil demand will cool.

S&P is near major support 1250, actually successfully tested it today with low of 1252.

June's big fall discount lots of bad news going forward. When the earning season start, most should beat or meet estimates.
