These are the hands, that build America. I last saw your face in a watercolour sky And these are the hands, that built America. Of all of the promises Halle, Ole It's early fall, there's a cloud on the New York sky line. These are the hands that built America. |
The Hands That Build America From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia "The Hands That Built America" is a song by U2, released on the soundtrack to the film Gangs of New York.[1] It was one of two new songs on their The Best of 1990-2000 compilation, with the other being "Electrical Storm".[2] It was nominated for Best Original Song at the 75th Academy Awards,[3] but lost to Eminem's "Lose Yourself." |

The hands that built America這首歌對我來說非常親切,因為歌詞和我的情況極其相近。
It’s a long way I’ve come from the freckled hills to the steel and glass canyons, From the stony fields, to hanging steel from the sky.
It's early fall, there's a cloud on the New York sky line
