加州FB之旅之海港城海鮮酒家。

美食之旅：加州海港城海鮮酒家！ 750) this.width=750' src=http://www.bcadsoft.com/aspnet_client/web2/_derived/dot.gif onclick=document.location='http://.com'> ： 今晚是我們在加州旅程中的最後一晚，雖然這幾天以來，我們已經吃了不少好東西，但是總是感覺不夠完美。所以這最後一餐，我們一致要求大嬸帶我們去大大的FB一次。後來大嬸就帶我們來到這家位於LA，ROSEMEAD的海港城海鮮酒家。這家餐館地方寬敞，布置得非常高雅舒適。從經理到企台，每個人都是笑容可掬，熱情待客。。。。。。入座之後，我們看了看菜單，最後還是一致要求大嬸點菜。當然啦，說到吃，大嬸認了NO 2，我們誰敢認NO 1啊！！！ 看了養魚缸，點了個象拔蚌，大嬸跟那個經理說，內髒不想吃椒鹽的，有沒有什麽好介紹，答案是象拔蚌泡飯，聽起來新奇好吃。接著叫了個紅燒乳鴿，我們說乳鴿經常可以吃到，不如叫點別的什麽吧，但大嬸跟我們說這裏最出名的就是乳鴿。湯是雞絲魚翅羹，又點了3個香煎鵝肝，大家一聽，3個，都傻眼了，原來一碟隻有兩塊。然後叫了一個鮑汁鵝掌，青菜是經理特別介紹的鹽水菜心。經理又跟我們介紹了一個下酒好菜，九層塔大蟹煲，總共8道菜。。。。。。。。。 象拔蚌刀功了得，片得大而薄，冰的時間剛剛好，清爽可口，吃了這麽多次的象拔蚌，這次最好，6磅多還不夠吃。乳鴿果然名不虛傳，外邊酥脆，裏邊鮮嫩多汁，小兮兮一個人就幹掉了兩大塊。香煎鵝肝簡直無法用筆墨形容，外焦裏嫩，入口即化，超讚。。。。魚翅羹香滑可口，可惜魚翅少了點，份量也少了點，如果多點魚翅就更棒了，嗬嗬。鮑汁鵝掌燜的火候剛剛好，入口就脫骨，鮑汁入味，而肉爽口有勁。鹽水菜心是第一次吃到，青翠爽甜，口感極佳。九層塔大蟹煲，不錯的介紹，掀起蟹蓋，一陣香氣撲鼻，下酒極品。最後的象拔蚌泡飯真是驚喜，鮮就一個字。。。。。。這餐飯，我們每個人都吃得非常開心滿意！！雖然貴了一些，但是，如果有機會再去LA的話，還是會回去繼續FB的，嗬嗬 750) this.width=750' src=http://www.bcadsoft.com/aspnet_client/web2/_derived/dot.gif onclick=document.location='http://.com'> 曲名：hotel california 歌手:the eagles On a dark desert highway Cool wind in my hair Warm smell of colitas Rising up through the air Up ahead in the distance I saw a shimmering light My head grew heavy, and my sight grew dim I had to stop for the night There she stood in the doorway I heard the mission bell And I was thinking to myself This could be Heaven or this could be Hell Then she lit up a candle And she showed me the way There were voices down the corridor I thought I heard them say Welcome to the Hotel California Such a lovely place Such a lovely place (background) Such a lovely face Plenty of room at the Hotel California Any time of year Any time of year (background) You can find it here You can find it here Her mind is Tiffany twisted She's got the Mercedes bends She's got a lot of pretty, pretty boys That she calls friends How they dance in the courtyard Sweet summer sweat Some dance to remember Some dance to forget So I called up the Captain Please bring me my wine He said We haven't had that spirit here since 1969 And still those voices are calling from far away Wake you up in the middle of the night Just to hear them say Welcome to the Hotel California Such a lovely Place Such a lovely Place (background) Such a lovely face They're livin' it up at the Hotel California What a nice surprise What a nice surprise (background) Bring your alibies Mirrors on the ceiling Depict champaign on ice And she said We are all just prisoners here Of our own device And in the master's chambers They gathered for the feast They stab it with their steely knives But they just can't kill the beast Last thing I remember I was running for the door I had to find the passage back to the place I was before Relax said the nightman We are programed to recieve You can check out any time you like But you can never leave
