請教一下，賣房時 inspection

簽了合同之後, buyer 作了home inspection, I think they are reasonable items that we are willing to pay for the replacing costs......

But they didn\'t mention anything about termite inspection, do they usually do termite inspection seperately? What about appraisal? Would the appraisal find more needed to be replaced items than home inspection?
