自從在學校吃到了教授給我們做的Krispy Rice Cookies,我就一直念念不忘。
最近正好放假在家,就打算自己嚐試做一番,誰讓我嘴饞呢!?
步驟很簡單,看圖學做,從左到右,從上往下一張張看,連Oven都不用。
成品跟我們中國的砂奇瑪是不是很像?不過味道很不一樣,而且有一股淡淡的奶香味,喜歡。按照Recipes的指示,做出來的正好裝2大碟。明天打算做薄荷巧克力蛋糕,HOHO~~~!
Ingredients:
1. 1/4 cup margarine or butter.
2. 10 ounce regular marshmallow.
3. 6 cups kellogg's rice krispies cereal.
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in kellogg's rice krispies cereal until well coated. Using lightly buttered spatula, press into buttered 3.5L pan.
3. Allow mixture to cool. Cut into bars. Best if served same day.
