前天貼的“接住下落的刀子”居然不少人點看, 還被“我愛我家”置頂。也許是題目的效果吧, 亦或是大家都關心房市的跌落?
As I said in my post, 此次“頂風作案”, we indeed have strenched our financial to the limit or used the maximum leverage we can get (total loan/salary ratio now reaches more than 10:1).
The good news is we just have the second unit rented out even before the house is closed, the tenant will move in on 8/1. (The house have a guest unit (Casita) with full bath and kitchen. See
House Plan). Originally we were thinking renting it for $650 per month, but I found somebody posted it for $1000. So we posted it for $850 and lots of people interested! (It would be convenient for those singles work at Livermore Lab.)
The space is small but the kitchen and bath are very beutiful.
Who knows, 瞎貓碰到死老鼠, it could turn out to be my best RE investment so far!
