自做壽司卷--健康養生

This is home made sushui rolls. The ingredents are:
1)1 cup of Japanese sushi rice,
2)two or three piece of Nori (seedweed)
3)1 cup of rice venegar(Japanese rice veneger)
4)a few slices of avocado
5)a few pieces of crab meat.
6)a bamboo roller for sushi.
7)some sesame
8)sashimi(raw fish)



Cook rice, cool down to room temperature, add venegar, stir around.
Spread the Nori on the bamboo roller. Put rice on the nori, add crab meat, avocado slices, sesame, celery sticks or bell pepper slices if desired.

I can not take pics when I am making them, hands are too sticky.

This is the result.
