Litton Loan Foreclosure

My house was foreclosed on by Litton Loans, the most illegal mortgage company in existence. Here is my question. I had extreme circumstances going on. I had two boys I rented my second home too. From day one that caused problems and just terrorized me. Everytime I would try and evict them, they would threaten to burn my house and shoot me. After 10 months of going to the police, I took my chances and evicted them. They held true to their word, and burned my house down. They then turned their attention to my private home. It has been a year of pure hell.
In the mean time Litton Loans claimed they notified me of their intent to foreclose on my personal home. I was trying to keep from losing everything while the reign of terror was allowed to continue. I filed for bankruptcy just to back everyone off, until I could get the situation under control. After about 3 weeks, I knew that bankruptcy was not where I needed to be and petitioned the court to dismiss the bankruptcy. If Litton Loans notified me, and I know they did not, it would have been prior to the bankruptcy, when all of this was taking place.
If the foreclosure sale was set after the bankruptcy was dismissed, aren\'t the required to notify me of the new date and time? I found out about the foreclosure when I was served with eviction papers.
